Putting the Finishing Touches on the EBI/EDW Program’s Project Portfolio
Abstract
After the initial enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing (EBI/EDW) program’s portfolio of projects is defined, the portfolio must be prioritized, refined and adjusted as necessary, and rebudgeted, and must also undergo a rigorous Critical Design and Schedule Review (CDSR). Finally, sponsorship and buy-in must be secured before development work begins.
