TECHNOLOGY HAS obviously made our lives easier. From a relationship-building perspective, though, it can hurt us if we’re not careful. There’s a wonderful commercial on TV about a guy who thinks he hit “Reply all” on an e-mail, and you see him frantically rushing from person to person to yank away the phone or unplug the computer. There is nothing worse than when we hit “Send” and did not mean to.
We have noticed that there are people who have a complete lack of awareness of what they are sending. Are you aware of the importance of every message you send? Keep in mind that when you send an e-mail, you really have no idea how it is read by the other person.
