WHY IS it so easy for people to notice what you do wrong? Business protocol is expected and for most companies is the price of admission. In business, the little details can set you apart in a positive way or derail you and your company. If you want to move up and represent yourself and your company well, you must know the rules of business protocol, make the extra effort in relationships, and have a strong social awareness.
