Abstract:
It can be argued that soft skills are vital in virtually every workplace today, regardless of the domain. This chapter outlines research undertaken to analyse the role of soft skills in engineering education. The study was conducted at the Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre, a leading technical institute in India.
