Chapter 6: Action Items

Research on the perspectives of young talent and on managing millennials, along with exploring their goals and concerns in their own words, can inform our efforts to maximize impact toward successful, ethical businesses. Examining these perspectives can assist managers in connecting with and developing these young professionals. Below are several considerations that may be helpful.
