ROADBLOCKS TO CREATING AN ENGAGED WORKFORCE

In Chapters 5 and 6 we’ve looked at how to use survey results as the basis for taking follow-up measures that can foster employee engagement. The five-step process of check, calibrate, commit, communicate and conclude can help focus time and effort while involving employees to make sure activities are well-directed and appreciated.
