The model of the core employee engagement drivers that we have shown, built around Connection, Support, Voice and Scope, is to a high degree reflected in the key engagement drivers identified by major surveys of employee engagement.

Gallup’s Q12 survey is based on 12 statements that, based on their research, best predict employee engagement.
