Learning Style Assessment

Here is an assessment you can use to understand your learners' preferred learning styles. Give this assessment to your learners as much as a month before the training. Tally the information and use the results to incorporate the appropriate activities into the training.

Instructions: Take a few minutes to read each of the following statements. In the Preferred Behavior column, place a check (3) in the space by each statement that is most like you.
