NetSuite, Inc., is a leading provider of an integrated online software system that allows SMBs to manage their entire businesses in a single application. Evan Goldberg, Dave Lipscomb, Bill Ford, and Chris Blum founded the company under the name NetLedger in October 1998, with financing from Oracle CEO Larry Ellison. Evan Goldberg is chairman of the NetSuite board, and Zach Nelson is the company's CEO.
