Software on demand takes a different view of change management. Change is not to be avoided; change is to be embraced. We all know the typical scenario. So, it's no wonder that after implementing any version of software and surviving the fight to achieve stability the phrase most commonly heard is, “It works. Don't touch it.” Unfortunately, this has three negative implications. First, the software company is building new features and functions, but the customer can't take advantage of them.
