In today’s world bullying gets a lot of press and is seriously frowned upon, whether as a feature of the playground or the workplace.
We understand bullying in the workplace mainly in the context of the over zealous boss in his management of co-workers. Within a small company this is relatively easy to manage through the encouragement of good cultural values.
