Challenges of a Distributed Workforce

One of our other clients had a major challenge . . . they had several hundred locations and they wanted to have a consistent culture across all of them. Specifically, they wanted to have a service-based engagement culture at each location. Some of the challenges they faced included:
• The inability to fly each of their managers to a specific location for training.
• Complexity and practicality. If these managers had a difficult time using the training and did not have practical results, they would not continue to use the process.
