WHAT IS IT?

Games and contests are special ways to attract and engage employees to learn, especially those who might not otherwise participate if the learning event is not mandatory. Games and contests often vividly demonstrate issues and the consequences of decisions. They are unusual, lively, and more stimulating than formal training classes or other communication campaigns. Employees’ objectives for playing games and entering contests may be diversion or entertainment, a prize, or the possibility of winning. But you are able to also achieve the objective of developing them in the process.
