I am blessed by a tremendous cadre of trainers and workshop designers with whom I have had the privilege of working. I am always amazed that I can send out an email at 2:30 in the afternoon asking for a learning activity or an illustration to make a concept more accessible and to make the learning experience more fun, and by 3:00 I have seven replies and 10 great ideas. I know enough about time management to know that I did absolutely nothing to deserve to go that quickly to the top of so many next action lists, but such is the discretionary energy my amazing colleagues so generously give.
