Whether it’s social and political issues or things and people that aren’t working as they should, there’s a wide variety of situations and other people’s behaviour that can ‘make’ us angry. Anger is a natural reaction to feeling wronged by something or someone; to unfairness, dishonesty, being treated badly, being let down, being lied to or being ignored.

Anger does have positive purposes. If it’s justified and expressed appropriately it can be a legitimate way to let others know how strongly you feel about something and it can get you what you want.
