When we interact with other people, we’re not usually aware of how much we convey, non-verbally. But as research shows, our non-verbal communication often reveals our feelings and emotions far more clearly than what we say.

Our facial expressions, the gestures we make, the way we stand or sit, how fast or how loud we talk and how close we stand to other people all send strong messages about what and how we’re feeling. Consciously or not, other people draw conclusions about our attitudes and emotions. And even if we’re silent we’re still communicating through our posture and facial expressions.
