Appendix D. Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM)
The responsibility assignment matrix is often called a RACI form. RACI is an abbreviation for: Responsible, Accountable, Informed, and Consulted. An example of a completed RAM is shown in Figure A-6. This example shows one possible format for the responsibility assignment matrix. If this style doesn’t work for you, feel free to use one that does.
