Movies are a great place to study emotions. We can observe the emotions in the performances of actors on the screen. We can also track our emotional responses to what we see on the screen.

There are nearly an infinite number of movies to help you observe or experience emotions. The list below provides some specific movies that can be used to explore emotional intelligence. The title of each movie is followed by a brief description including the emotions that you are likely to observe or experience.
