The Authors

This book is a collaborative reseach project between academics at the University of Southampton (UoS) School of Management and staff at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), a not-for-profit organization based in London that is recognized internationally for its work in conflict resolution and mediation. CEDR played a significant role in designing and delivering part of the EI training program. The research team comprised Dr. Nicholas Clarke from the University of Southampton School of Management, and Ranse Howell, Projects Manager at CEDR.
