There are components used within any electrical circuit that do not easily fall into the categories so far covered. Some of these may even be considered as not strictly being an electrical component (e.g. wire); however, as they are often constituent parts of a circuit and may influence the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) they deserve to have some coverage.
