Since the release of the first volume of Elemental Magic: The Art of Special Effects Animation, the number of people who have encouraged me to write a second book as a follow-up has been almost overwhelming. I finally did succumb to the pressure and, unbelievably, managed to pull it all together despite many roadblocks and unexpected twists and turns in the road.
