About the authors

Anne C. Elguindi is a librarian with over ten years of experience in academic libraries. She has worked in a variety of roles, including research data services, reference and instruction, acquisitions and the licensing of electronic resources. She is currently the director of Information Delivery Services at the university library at American University, overseeing the division that licenses, purchases and enables access to the library's main electronic and print collections as well as circulating laptops, e-readers and other technologies.
