HHO Power Conditioner

 

Overview

These instructions show how to build a power conditioner (Fig. 13-1) that generates the electrical output that splits liquid H₂O into gaseous H₂ and O₂. The electrical output goes into a reactor cell (Chap. 14) in which the electrochemical reaction known as electrolysis physically occurs.
