About the Author

Gerardo Barajas Puente is an electrical and electronics engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the VoIP/ToIP field. He is currently employed as a CTO for Neocenter S.A. de C.V., a well-known value-added VoIP distributor in Mexico, Central and South America, and the United States. He has a strong background in signal processing, information security, and VoIP telephony. He has progressed in his career by supporting, testing, designing, and managing VoIP applications and platforms for a wide range of scenarios, such as call centers, corporate offices, multiple-site systems, and so on.
