Creating a group of agents
Now, we need to create a group for agents and create the users (Agents) that will belong to that group.
How to do it…
- Create a group of users (Agents) called Call Center, as described in the recipe Managing users from Chapter 2, Basic PBX Configuration.
- Assign the proper permissions to it (Agent Console), as follows:
- Create enough users (agents) to fulfill the Call Center's requirements.
