Chapter 3. Understanding Inbound Call Control

In Chapter 2, Basic PBX Configuration, our recipes were focused on how to set up the basic PBX functionalities in order to send and receive calls. In this chapter, we will get deeper into the incoming (inbound) call features. The recipes we will cover in this chapter are as follows:
