Team Training
Start the day with a raft building and racing team-building event designed to get you thinking, communicating and working together. The competitive theme continues with the afternoon paintballing activities. Here resource management is introduced with a limit of 500 included paintball rounds per individual. We trained hard, but it seemed every time we were beginning to form up into teams, we would be reorganized. I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganizing, and a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress while producing confusion, inefficiency and demoralization.
