You've planned the work, now work the plan. Pay attention to your surroundings. Always have your plan in mind and seize any opportunity to meet any development needs. Look for assignments that will give you an opportunity to advance your plan. Volunteering is a good way when the job assignments aren't there. Your plan has all four of the parts I just defined. Work them all! Always!
