Serious Fun at Team Meetings
• Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate, and More Chocolate. Provide the team with an all chocolate snack and drink table. Include chocolate cookies, chocolate brownies, chocolate cake, chocolate candy, chocolate pudding, and various chocolate drinks. It will create a lot of conversation and some happy team members.
• Baby Face. Before the meeting, ask everyone for one of their baby pictures. At the meeting, post the photos on the wall (or send them out attached to the meeting notice). Then ask people to try to match the photos with members of the team.
• Brain Games. Pick up a little book called Brain Bafflers by Robert Steinwachs for some short, fun games to liven up a meeting. For example:
