Design

1. Facilitate a brainstorming session of “typical conflicts in your team meetings.”

2. Eliminate duplicates and overlaps. Prioritize the list in order of frequency.

3. Ask each person to complete the DCI survey and score the results.

4. Show the video.

5. Present a description of the various conflict modes. Facilitate a discussion with the goal of clarifying and understanding each style. The instrument contains a description of each of the styles.
