Implementation Improvement Blueprint

Implementation problems come bundled with both technical and adaptive challenges. Technical challenges are those for which cause and effect can be described, solutions are known, and tactics for adoption can be shared and replicated from setting to setting. Adaptive challenges are those that are more ambiguous and involve values and power, beliefs and authority.

We provide some guiding questions to help facilitate learning about technical and adaptive challenges in a particular implementation setting. These lists are by no means exhaustive.
