I am grateful to the faculty, students, and administrators, many of whom I had not met in advance, who took time out of their busy days to facilitate my visits to their schools on this trip, or who have talked to me via phone and video chat; and for the even larger number who have attended subsequent workshops and events where we have exchanged and refined ideas.
