When would you use Final Cut Server? When several people need to access media, when you are working with widely dispersed clients, or when staff is spending too much time doing the same repetitive media processing over and over.

Final Cut Server delivers two primary functions: media asset management and workflow automation. I like to call these two functions the “front end” and the “back end” of the program, respectively.
