Conversion optimization is a phrase used in the eCommerce industry to describe the process and application of methods that improve eCommerce conversion rate. Conversion optimization attempts to unify methods and techniques from diverse disciplines, such as behavioral psychology, user experience, web development, copyediting, and neuromarketing by combining them with data collection and analytics.
