Blujay

Blujay (www.blujay.com) isn't really an auction site; it's more like a giant classified ad section in a nationwide newspaper. Except unlike newspaper ads, Blujay is 100 percent free.

You don't have to register to shop on Blujay. When you view an ad, the listing price indicates whether the price is firm or the seller is willing to bargain. If you want to make an offer, click the Contact Seller button to start haggling via email. If there's a PayPal button in the ad, you can buy the item on the spot; click the button and a PayPal shopping cart opens. At that point, you can either keep shopping or sign in to your PayPal account to make your payment.

For sellers, Blujay offers free ads and free storefronts. You can include up to four pictures, and listings last for 180 days or until sold. And Blujay listings show up when buyers compare prices on Froogle (http://froogle.google.com), Google's comparison engine for shoppers. So buyers can find your ads even if they've never heard of Blujay.
