At BidMonkey (www.bidmonkey.com), there's no insertion fee for basic listings, but sellers can buy listing enhancements, like bold titles or an "attention grabber" picture, for various fees. BidMonkey does charge a Final Value Fee if an item sells. Monkey Bucks, similar to eBay's Anything Points (Section 3.4.2), can buy things on the site.
