Inserting an Audio Clip from Your Computer
You can insert an audio clip stored on your computer or a network location. PowerPoint supports the following audio file formats: .AIFF, .AU, .MIDI, .MP3, .WAV, .WMA, and .QT.
Select the slide where you want to insert your audio clip.
Click the Insert tab.
Click the Audio button.
Select Audio on My PC ...
