Adding Comments

You can use comments to add notations to your document that are not meant to be printed. Comments are handy when you want to leave a note for someone else reading the document. Comments appear in a balloon off to the side of the document.

Image Click where you want to insert a comment, or select the text relating to the comment.

Click New Comment.
