Applying a Table Style
You can apply a preset table style to quickly add formatting to a table, such as cell borders and shading, or colors.
Click the upper-left corner of the table to select the entire table.
Click the Ribbon’s Design tab.
Click the More button for Table Styles.
Click a style from the Quick Tables Gallery.
