Chapter 11. Sharing Your Project Online with Microsoft Office Web Applications
The Microsoft web applications are scaled-down versions of the main programs created to allow users to collaborate and share information online.
You can create an entire spreadsheet in Excel’s online application, or, for example, you can upload the project that has been used as an example for Excel 2010 to the web workspace and view and modify it using the Excel web application.
