Most people are now familiar with online communication. However, it’s worth exploring and reinforcing good styles and approaches, especially for e-tivities, where the action centres so much on exchange and contribution.
Good online communication cannot be directed. Simply posting codes of practice or protocols on websites doesn’t really achieve much, since guidelines need to be grounded and applied to be meaningful.
