Objective

Procurement budgets for local, state, and federal governments, universities, public agencies, and the military account for a significant percentage of all the procurement activity in our economy. Adoption of e-procurement methods by these groups will greatly bolster the uptake of e-procurement among companies in the economy, and will have a strong influence on the development and evolution of e-procurement tools and techniques.
