Following are the steps to configure Email Engagement:
- Go to Settings | Relationship Insights, select the >Email Engagement tab and click on Begin Setup. This will start provisioning Email Engagement Services.
- Once provisioning is done, select the checkbox to turn on the Email Engagement.
