Predating style sheet borders, the FRAMEBORDER
attribute is a switch that lets you turn on a plugin control
panel’s border (whose thickness is set by the
BORDER attribute). This attribute does not appear
to work in Navigator 4, nor does a style sheet border do what
you’d expect it to do.
