When we designed the Little Dude, our overriding consideration was always size. Our motto? “Keep it small, stupid.” Although we wanted to soup up the Little Dude with serious gaming components and a high-end processor, we were constrained by its size. Small cases tend to store a lot of heat, which is a big problem for machines built for gaming or high-end processing. To solve some of our heat issues, we chose the Shuttle SFF because of how well it handles heat. We were also careful to choose a video card and memory that offered capable cooling solutions.

All of our peripherals had to be small as well, since the Little Dude is designed to be portable. Don't get us wrong, we're not trying to replace the laptop here, but ...
