This chapter is the end result of nearly everything covered in the book so far. This chapter covers almost everything you’ve seen so far, from content, fields, and modules to themes, blocks, and views. You see how to take all those elements and lay them out on the page in the way that you want.

You focus on two modules—Display Suite and Panels—which enable you to control the layout of your Drupal content. You need these modules because there is a limit to the layout options provided by themes. Display Suite enables you to accurately control the layout of individual content items.
