Chapters 3 through 8 focus on the activities associated with planning a site, creating a development plan for that site, implementing the site, and preparing to sustain the site. Reading about the processes, tasks, and analyses presented in those chapters isn't always the easiest way to understand what is being suggested. Sometimes, an example makes it easier to understand.
