Organic groups

One of the core features of Open Atrium is a Drupal module called Organic groups. The Organic groups (OG) module enables users to create and manage groups. The Organic groups module is used in many Social Media sites such as Pop Sugar (http://www.popsugar.com), Drupal (http://groups.drupal.org), and Fast Company (http://www.fascompany.com/groups). The key to the Organic groups module is that it hooks into node permissions to control who can create, edit, and delete content items.
