About the Authors

Michael Arguin is a web applications specialist at American Graphics Institute and an expert on web and interactive technology. He has more than 20 years of experience in areas ranging from application development support, programming, curriculum development, project management, and technical training for desktop and web based technologies. He studied Computer Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and is a licensed instructor in the area of Programming and Web Development from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Greg Heald has 20 years of design and production experience in both web and print environments. He has served as a contributing author or editor on a number of books on Dreamweaver, Flash, InDesign, and Acrobat. Greg has contributed to the development of Adobe’s certifi cation exams, and as Training Manager for American Graphics Institute, he oversees the delivery of professional development training programs for individuals and organizations. Greg holds a degree in Advertising Design from the acclaimed College of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University.
