Digital Drawing Exercise Seven: Painting Light into a Scenic Sketch

This exercise takes a bare line drawing of a stage design and adds color and light. It requires a monochromatic sketch of a stage design. The format of the sketch can be either a scanned pencil drawing or a digitally generated drawing. In either case, the drawing must be brought to Photoshop in a reasonably high resolution (300 PPI minimum) file. The example here was digitally generated in VectorWorks.
